We’re all about crafting the perfect bottle of ‘booch, using only organic, whole, and real ingredients - black tea, cane sugar, and infused flavours. We believe that using a whole ginger root, blackberry, or sage leaf adds complexity to the flavour profile that can’t be replicated with juices, concentrates, or anything but the real thing.
At Tality, we use top-of-the-line equipment to ensure a controlled ferment. Time, temperature, oxygen, and sanitation protocols are the most important variables that affect the fermentation process, and we give each considerable attention. The end result is a simple and wholesome, low sugar, good-for-you, probiotic refreshment available on-tap or in cans.
As an added bonus, we are a 1% for the Planet Member, Canada's first B-Corp kombucha, certified organic, and use stone paper labels on our aluminum cans.
