Our kiwi guy, Gorgi Petkov, kept the goods in supply this summer with some Desert King Figs. We brewed it with some organic Basil leaves, and made this fun unique flavour! Fig is a hard flavour to get fully pronounced, but it tastes proper. The basil hits the nose harder the pallet, but adds nice harmony to the tangy fig kombucha taste! Who doesn't love basil anyways??
