One sunny summer day I was on a boat with friends when someone offered me a bottle of his home brew concoction - kombucha. It was the first I'd heard of the drink, and I thought it was fantastic - refreshing with a bite, and a great non-alcoholic alternative.
The following year when I was studying at UBC, I created a sample business plan for a class. I liked the idea of being involved with the local community, creating and sharing something healthy, so I took that plan and founded Tality.
I'm inspired by the craft of brewing, the beauty of BC, and really good tasting kombucha.
I've pledged 1% of all sales to be donated to local environmental initiatives and am excited to help out when I can.
